Account & data deletion
Kabina app — effective from 20 June 2026
You can request deletion of your Kabina account and related personal data at any time. Below is how to do it and what gets deleted.
How to request deletion
Email us from the address you use to sign in, to kosut@email.cz with the subject “Delete account”. We may ask you to confirm from that address to verify your identity. We will handle the request without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest.
What we delete
- Your account and sign-in credentials (email, password).
- Profile data: first and last name, date of birth, nickname, phone and profile photo.
- Your team memberships, roles and personal history (your attendance responses, your fine and payment records).
- Personal content you uploaded that is tied to your account.
What may be retained
Messages you sent to a team chat are part of the team's shared conversation. After your account is deleted, they may remain visible to other members, typically without a link to your identity (as messages from a removed user). Data necessary to meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting) may be kept for the period required by law. After that period it will also be removed.
Deleting a whole team
If you are a team manager and want to delete an entire team including its data (events, fines, chat), say so in your request. Note that this removes the data of all members of that team.
