Kabina app — effective from 20 June 2026

By using the Kabina app you agree to these terms. The app is operated by Tomáš Košut (the “operator”), contact: kosut@email.cz.

1. Introduction

These terms govern the use of the Kabina mobile app (the “app”). If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.

2. Description of the service

Kabina is a tool for organising sports and hobby teams — a calendar of training and matches, attendance, tracking of fines and dues (the “kitty”), team chat and polls. The kitty is only for record-keeping and generating payment details (QR code, account number). The operator is not a party to any payment, does not carry out or facilitate money transactions; settlement happens outside the app, directly between users.

3. Account and registration

To use the app you must create an account and provide accurate information.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account.
The account is intended for users aged 15+; younger users may use it with the consent of a legal guardian as part of their team.

4. Conduct and user-generated content

The app lets you share content (messages, photos, videos, voice messages, documents). You are responsible for the content you upload. We apply a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. In particular, it is prohibited to share content that:

is unlawful, hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory or discriminatory;
is pornographic, violent or otherwise inappropriate;
infringes the rights of others (copyright, privacy);
is spam, fraudulent or misleading.

Reporting objectionable content

You can report objectionable content or an abusive user at kosut@email.cz. We review every report and, where the terms are breached, we will remove the offending content and act against the responsible user (warning up to account termination) within 24 hours.

Moderation and blocking

A team manager can delete messages and remove (eject) a member from their team. The operator may remove any content and suspend or terminate the account of a user who breaches these terms. Users who repeatedly post objectionable content will be removed from the service.

5. Kitty and payments

Data about fines, dues and payments is entered by users themselves and serves only for the team's internal records. The operator does not warrant its accuracy or the settlement of payments between users and is not a party to those relationships.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design and logo are protected and remain the property of the operator. Content you upload remains yours; by uploading it you grant the operator the licence necessary to display it within the service to your team.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. The operator is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app or for outages of third-party services. We strive for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time — see Account & data deletion. The operator may terminate an account upon breach of these terms.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The operator may update them; material changes will be announced in the app or on this page.
